Kiara Fontanesi (WMX), and Simone Furlotti (EMX250) won the first European GP of the 2017 Motocross World Championship.
Two Italian riders riding Yamahas fitted with GALFER brake products won at the Motocross GP of Trentino. Former World Champion Kiara Fontanesi (MX Fonta Racing) won Race 1 and was second in Race 2, so now she leads the GP in Women’s class WMX. With this result Kiara is now second in the general World Championship classification.
In Men’s, another GALFER rider starred a great performance; Simone Furlotti (Yamaha RZ) won the EMX250 class, finishing 1st (Race 1) and 3rd (Race 2).
In MX2 class, the best GALFER rider was Samuele Bernardini (TM Racing), who finished 8th.
In MXGP class, Jose Antonio Butrón (Marchetti KTM) rode well. He was near the Top Ten and rode ahead many factory riders during the race. He finally finished 13th (Race 1) and 12th (Race 2).
